At BloomTree, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of our handcrafted natural personal care products. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our items, including handmade soaps, herbal hair cleansers, and tooth powders, we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All sales of personal care items are final.
We only accept return requests if:
- You received a damaged or defective product in transit.
- You received the wrong product entirely.
Reporting Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue:
- Email us at bloomtreenaturals@gmail.com or message us via our WhatsApp support number.
- Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.
- Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately at no extra cost to you, or process a full refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, the amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.
